MIAMI – (August 28, 2008) – Zyscovich Architects, a nationally renowned firm with offices in Miami and New York City, today promoted Susan Dimond and Alyssa Kriplen to associates of the firm.

As director of marketing and business development, Dimond is responsible for leading all marketing activities at the firm. Prior to joining Zyscovich in 2006, she served as director of marketing and advertising for Skyline Equities Realty & Development and director of marketing for Avatar Real Estate Services. Dimond holds an MBA degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University. She is active in several South Florida professional organizations and was recently elected president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, South Florida chapter. She resides in Miami.

As project manager for the Zyscovich Design Department, Kriplen, a registered architect, is responsible for the design and approval of many of the firm’s most significant commercial, retail, hospitality and residential projects. Prior to joining Zyscovich in 2006, she was director of her own architectural firm in New York. Kriplen has more than 10 years of architectural experience in both Australia and the United States, working for prestigious architectural firms in Melbourne, San Francisco and New York. She completed her Architectural Degree at the University of Melbourne and is a licensed architect in the state of New York. A resident of Miami, Kriplen currently serves on the Board of the Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
